Before arriving to Kuopio
Upload Whatsapp for your phone and join into Whatsapp group. You will recieve information via this app as a group messages. You will not be able to send messages to the group, you can only recieve messages and information.
If you need help, you can call me via Whatsapp or send messages via Whatsapp. Regular SMS or phone call works as well.

In a case of a emergency (112)
112 is emergency phone number in Finland.
If you have European Health Insurance Card, EHIC, please have it with you in a case if you happen to need medical care. Persons who have this card are allowed to have medical care without a cost.
Persons outside EU, please make sure that you have insurance that covers medical care if needed.
Arriving to Kuopio airport
You will be picked up from airport by a bus, minivan or car and transported to the hotel.
Accommodation for competitors and experts
Accommodation included for Taitaja2024 Package is available from sunday 19th of May to thursday 23rd of May at Hotel Puijonsarvi.

If you want to arrive earlier or stay longer you need to set up your stay with the hotel by yourself.
Competitors will stay in two person rooms (male/female) and experts in one person rooms.
Accreditation
Accreditation for international competitors, experts and other persons happens at Hotel Sokos Puijonsarvi. Meaning that you will recieve your competition badges from there.
Accreditation is open Sunday 19th of May between 14.00 – 20.00 and Monday 20th of May between 7.00 – 17.00.
Transportation between Hotel and Taitaja2024 event
You are entitled to drive with a bus between Hotel and Taitaja2024 event.
Bus will leave and arrive at front of the hotel. Buses have multiple bus stops at Taitaja2024 event.
Timetable / Program
21stof May, Tuesday late afternoon. International competitors will have possibility to visit Puijo tower as a group.
At the same time experts will have possibility to visit local distillery Lignell & Piispanen.

Leaving Kuopio
You will be picked up from hotel by a bus, minivan or car and transported to the airport.
If you are staying until Friday 24th we will provide transport to airport on Friday too, no worries!
